CAMP POLICIES
Cancellation/Refunds
For any cancellations made before April 30, 2025, all fees be refunded, no questions asked (and no hard feelings!)
After April 30, 2025 there will be NO REFUNDS except the case of serious accident, medical-approved illness, death or injury at the discretion of the directors.

No reductions, refunds, or credits will be made for absences, late arrival, or early departure from scheduled camp days.
Illness
We know and expect that young children will get colds (even in summer!) and that they are still learning to manage their germs. At camp, we will encourage good hygiene, including frequent hand washing, sneezing and coughing into our elbows, and using tissues when appropriate.
In accordance with Department of Health regulations, any child who has experienced a fever higher than 100 F, vomiting, or diarrhea may NOT attend camp until a full 24 symptom-free hours have passed.

If a child becomes ill while in our care, they will be isolated from the group and parents/caregivers or emergency contact adults will be contacted to pick up the child as soon as possible.
Forms
Prior to your child's first day of camp, you must submit an
and a Heath Form completed by your child's pediatrician.

Campers without these forms on file will not be permitted to attend camp. No refunds will be given in the event that a child is unable to attend due to missing/incomplete forms.
